Pottery Night Fundraiser to Support Postpartum Moms

This month Diana Rose Studio hosted a pottery night fundraiser for Corvallis Proud Mama Services Perinatal Support Group. Diana Rose Studio donated 40% of the proceeds for the class to the upcoming "Climb out of the Darkness" event. Climb out of the Darkness is an annual event around the country near the longest day of the year to symbolize the struggle against PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders) and the resilience and strength of those who deal with these struggles. The 2018 Climb out of the darkness is happening Saturday, July 21st from 10am-2pm at Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Corvallis. It was such a pleasure sharing my creative space with this group of mom's and sharing an evening of creating and sharing our experiences as mothers.
